Enquiries, plans and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or a service contract. Availability, property requirements, scope, frequency and price are agreed with you before a service is confirmed.
Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Additional services, including key holding, additional visits, cleaning and welcome preparations, are quoted separately unless expressly included. Additional work and costs require your prior approval. Pool products and repairs are separate from routine pool maintenance.
Property visits consist of the visual checks described in your selected plan. They do not replace specialist inspections or a security or emergency response service. Payment, cancellation and scheduling arrangements will be supplied with your quotation or service agreement. Nothing on this website limits your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy: who is responsible?
Daniela Parreira, trading as Domelle Living, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Use the email above for privacy enquiries and requests to exercise your rights.
Information and purposes
Consultation enquiries collect your name, email, property town or area, property type, services of interest and message. A phone number is optional. We use this information to respond, prepare a quotation and take steps towards services you request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Routine correspondence and the protection of our services may also rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights.
Team enquiries collect contact details, work areas, experience, skills and availability. We use these to assess and reply to your request about working with us, relying on legitimate interests in assessing enquiries and, where applicable, steps towards a contract at your request. Submission does not guarantee a role. Keeping details for unrelated future opportunities requires a separate lawful basis.
Please do not submit access codes, alarm codes, key locations, identity documents, bank details or health information through these forms. Required fields are needed to handle your request; optional fields may be left blank.
Recipients and international processing
Forms are hosted by Squarespace and notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox. People and suppliers involved in handling an enquiry or delivering an agreed service receive information needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law.
These technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Squarespace describes its international transfer safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses, in its privacy policy. Google explains its safeguards in its privacy policy. You may contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry information for the time needed to respond and complete the relevant quotation, discussions or service. Team enquiry information is retained for the assessment and related correspondence. Longer retention applies only where necessary to meet legal record-keeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The criteria are the purpose of the record, whether a service or application remains active, and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us by email. You may complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
Website technologies
Squarespace operates this website. Enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. The contact map uses Leaflet, OpenStreetMap tiles and externally hosted library files; loading these resources makes your browser connect to their providers and share technical request data such as your IP address. See Google privacy and OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy for further information.
